Planning a wedding is like producing a Broadway show! You are the main characters so we are going to make you shine! You may not know all the lines to the play, but trust us when we say WE DO and we've got you covered from beginning to the end of the most beautiful night EVER!

Wedding Photography

We work closely with you to ensure we know all of the details of the wedding that reflects who you are.  We take our time to listen to your likes, dislikes, and vision for the day (or entire weekend). We want to make sure we know every piece so that the execution is flawless!

 

Every detail of your wedding will be organized and executed with care. Our goal is to allow you to truly immerse yourself in your wedding day, enjoying the beautiful environment and love surrounding you. 

 

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

GOLDEN HOUR

- Service begins two months prior to wedding day -

  • Review and finalize detailed timeline and distribute to appropriate individuals and vendors.

  • Create and review wedding party itinerary.

  • Vendor contact/liaison on wedding weekend.

  • Coordinating and assisting with the set up and clean up of the ceremony and reception.

  • Wedding ceremony rehearsal coordination.

  • On-site ceremony and reception coordination up to a 12-hour block of time.

  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors day-of when required.

  • Gift and decoration transportation.

  • Breakfast and lunch coordination and delivery.

  • Use of emergency kits.

  • Access to coordinator for questions/guidance within pre-determined limitations from time of booking.

  • Assistant coordinators when necessary for ceremony rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

  • Online client portal access.

MICRO WEDDING

*Guest List of 50 or Less

*Wedding Party 2 or Less Per Side

*Ceremony/Reception In One Location

  • Review and finalize detailed timeline.

  • Review all questionnaires sent by coordinator to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Vendor contact/liaison on wedding weekend within specified coordinating hours.

  • Wedding ceremony rehearsal coordination up to a 2-hour block of time.

  • On-site ceremony and reception coordination up to a 10-hour block of time.

  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors day-of when required.

  • Use of emergency kits.

  • One coordinator on-site for wedding day.
